Food for thought this morning.. for those that think their dreams are too far out of reach. Dreams fueled with Dedication is a powerful combination! Is it a weight loss goal? Do you desire to be an entrepreneur? Maybe an on fire Marriage is what you’ve been wanting?  Whatever your wants and desires (your inner dreams) seem to be, put your heart and sould into it. If your a makeup junkie like me then you always want to be on the cuff of what new makeup trends are in for the season.  I’m a color girl (not to be confused with cover girl.. but maybe one day :) !  I love color and always have so I’m so thrilled to see that Bright Bold Lips are the current trend for 2012. So your wondering…ok, what color works for me? I’m glad you asked, because anyone can rock this look if you choose the right color for your skin tone. It’s all about color coordination!

Gals with an Olive complextion:  Go for coral and orange colors to make those lips pop. Try Morange lip color from MAC. You have to wear this color with pride.. Dazzle it up with a overlay of shimmer lipgloss.

For the porcelain beauties: stay in the same color family but stick to the orange colors that have a pinker undertone to them. Try Crosswires Creemsheen lipstick from MAC!

Deeper darker skin tones:  Go RED or go home! You girls can rock the Red lips like no one else. You have tons of options on shades of reds… you can do anything from Mahogany to brighter RED tones.  Mix it up!  Try Russian Red lipstick by MAC!

*Application tips*

Before applying any Bold color, EVEN the playing field. Sweep a light concealer over the lips to set the stage. It will help your lipstick to stay on longer and wear brighter! Line the lips with a nude pencil to give lips more definition and then load on that COLOR!!! 

For all of you that are pondering, attempting or dispising the high-waisted pant trend that is now in full force. Here are some tips on how to wear this trend and who SHOULD NOT be rockin this style. I found it very enlightening :)
